China Jade Baked Crabmeat with Cheese Topping



China Jade Ingredients For The Dish:

  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of celery soup concentrate
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
  • 1 [6-ounce / 170-g] can crabmeat (or fresh crab meat), drained and shredded
  • 1 cup [250 mL] drained boiled white rice
  • 1 cup [250 mL] white freshly made breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] melted butter



China Jade Directions For The Dish:

Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].

Mix together cream of celery soup, salad dressing and milk.

Mix in crabmeat and rice; divide mixture among 4 small baking shells.

Mix together breadcrumbs and melted butter.

Sprinkle creamy mixture with breadcrumbs mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven, for 20 to 25 minutes.
